This is a piece done just for fun. Of all the Harrison Ford movies my all time favorite has always been Deckard from Bladerunner. Bar none, some of the greatest visuals in any movie ever. I also love the idea of taking a movie, TV show, or book that would likely never be made into an animated series and reimagine it as if it were a cartoon. Whether it's Bladerunner, Goonies, Breakfast at Tiffany's or whatever, I love the cartoon look applied to a subject matter that normally looks serious and real.
I want to do a lot more of these from other movies, TV, or books and am open to suggestions so fire away and let me know what you'd like to see transformed into an animation. I'll pick a few and see what I can come up with! Piece done in ink on bristol board. Background done in pencil. Colored in Photoshop 5.5 Hope you dig! -Mark My Myspace page: [link] |

To have found You, and still be looking for You; it's the soul's paradox of love. You fill my cup, I lift it up for more. I won't stop not that I'm free. I'll be chasing You like You chase me.
It's a beautiul sound, moving through the crowd.

Just put some windex on it
as for suggestions.. i'd say Tombstone, Pulp Fiction, or . i did have another idea, but it's a Korean flick called "The Good, The Bad, The Weird"; i find the character designs rather intriguing and the plot (though it could probably use some tweaking) to be excellent enough to become an animated series.
