Cover penciled digitally on a Cintiq in photoshop, inked with Copic Multiliners and greyscaled with Copic markers with white acrylic for the highlights and then colored in photoshop.

Does the Cintiq version exist primarily as a layout concept, then you ink it from scratch on paper? Do you use the penciled version as anything other than reference, and the paper is literally clean sheet drawn from scratch?
It's a pretty amazing process to watch at high speed, and the end result's really something.
