I wanted to take a minute to introduce someone who is relatively new to the D.A. community. years ago when I was still trying to break into comics there was this young artist that seemingly came out of no where drawing a book for Wildstorm/Image Comics called Gen13. The energy and dynamic poses blew my mind in a way that few other artists had done before and he made me want to work even harder to get into the business that I loved so much. He showed me things that I didn't know were possible or hadn't even considered in comic work and I like to think his influence can be seen in my work to this day even in a small way. Over the years he's worked on pretty much every major character from Batman and Superman to Spider-man and the X-Men and even launched his own incredibly successful creator owned title DangerGirl. To top it all off, I found out years later that we were both born on April 12th, 1973 so finding out were are exactly the same age and he was a rock star before I could even get my foot in the door made me want to work even harder.
He's already a legend in comics at the ripe old age of 34 and shows no sign of stopping so I hope you'll all head over to his page and peep all his amazing work. If you're already familiar with Jeff I hope you'll head over and have a second look at all his work but if you're new to Jeff's style of art (and if you are please let me know what rock you've been living under) I hope you'll head over and see what an artist at the top of his game can produce! And while you're there, make sure to leave him a comment and let him know I sent you
